Eirian
Electrician, Lightning Representative
Lover/rival of the clan's Arcane ambassador, Whisper. The two try to outdo the other in several ways; Eirian boasts of his inherited skill as a spiral: he is an excellent flyer, and through his Lightning heritage, which he proudly displays, he considers himself one with the stormy weather that often transpires above the deep waters of the Citadel. He is industrious as well, and is close friends with Vesta, visiting her lair (situated not far from his) to ask advice for his projects and helping her as well. He uses his inventions to help run the Citadel and to challenge his mate's magical creations. When he works, he is usually erratic and too quick to follow, a stark contrast to his work partner's more lumbering ways of moving. The two work incredibly well together, with her towering figure and his small and lithe one.

Eirian and Whisper's familiar match; Whisper herself brought the Starsweeper and Wisp into the world for the two of them. Through their familiars they have a telepathic connection, able to tell the other anything they need to know. Eirian designed special carrying bags for the heavily-clad dragons to carry their familiars in.
