Marina Siren Deceptive | Alluring | Deadly Marina struggles and fights up until the minute she is thrown off the boat, soon airborne and falling... falling... falling until the water smacks into her back and she is swallowed by the ocean. She screams as the currents beat at her and wrap around her chest, forcing out more and more air as the weight around her legs continues to pull her under. The brunette tugs and tugs at the bonds binding his arms or the ones around his legs but none come undone. A sailor's knot was a knot mighty hard to undo. Though the idea of dying still terrified her, Marina forces herself to look up at the ocean water, concentrating on what little light was filtering down. She hits a sandy bottom and the weight dispels the sand with a serene and slow puff. She notices how much calmer the sea is from underneath, undulating and moving slowly in strong, powerful, but majestic currents. She closes his eyes and notes that this is a fitting way to die. With the most liberal, free, and uncontrollable force of nature, the Ocean. The last bit of oxygen is choked from her lungs and she lets a darkness overcome her as her last thoughts reach her mind. I wish to live. There is a strong powerful force expelled from her as her last thoughts are voiced in her own mind. Two bound legs merge slowly into one. You who were abandoned by your walking brothers, will no longer need these two limbs but one unified, continuously flowing unit. Scales start to color her pale skin and the ropes are broken and cut by some force as a long silvery tails begins to form. Become water. Flowing. Free. Alive. Feel the current move you and follow it. It is forever your guide. The clothes are cast away and Marina floats as a mysterious, pale body subject to the Ocean's will. Thin lines appear on both sides of her pale neck as her hair is streaked with deep blue and gold so that any passerby would deny seeing anything in the water other than fish moving through kelp. Listen to my voice and heed me. You are no longer Man alone. I entrust you with the language of the Sea and so though you may walk on land you must always remember the water. If you forget your origins, you will lose your majestic form and forever be abandoned by the ocean. Remember this gift well, Child Of Water and Land. The clear, sea blue orbs snap open and the brown hair flows across her face, giving the her a mysterious, mystical element. Alive. They say when mermaids walk, they are indistinguishable from humans in form. The only telltale sign that you've been entranced by one is when she speaks the Tongue of the Ocean and your last thoughts are drowned out by the water consuming you. |
