Jimbu was born in the land of the Arcane Clans, but was quickly moved to the Windsinger's domain under the Clan of Wandering Spirits. However, Jimbu felt out of place with his odd colors, and a dragon from the Clan guided him to the Clan of Rogue Winds, where he currently resides.

His eyes are set on a female coatl; Macaya, but he is unsure if she feels the same way about him. Jimbu just doesn't know how to tell her or ask her out, and he's fearful she will reject him. Ike continues to tell him that the one who has his heart won't break it, but Jimbu is unsure.

He, Maghexe, and Ike formed a small 'club' in Rogue Winds, where dragons with cabbies and brass steampunk scarves could join. In their club, they go out and perform various rescue missions of dragonets who are in need of someplace to stay.
