Starkindler would have preferred to not have his information shared with the world, but Bazaar talked him into it. Despite being a massive Imperial male, Starkindler is in fact the shyest dragon in the lair. A lover of stars and astrology, this quiet lad enjoys curling up beneath the night sky with his telescope. He received it when he was only a hatchling, a gift from his now distant mother. Sold at the auction house from his own clan, his memories of his mother are faint and few. Regardless, he always finds himself thinking about her whenever the telescope is in use. He can only just recall the curl of her tail, and the sheen of her scales. Starkindler grew up as the runt of his own litter, the smallest hatchling of three. His siblings always found ways to exploit his gentle nature, and often tugged his ears and chewed his tail. Starkindler was always a rather sedentary baby, rarely engaging in any sort of play. He always stuck close to his mother, preferring to cuddle up beneath her wings. He exhibited great skill for reading and writing at an early age, but never truly perfected his calligraphy until after he was sold from his native clan.

Starkindler found himself up for auction when he was only a few days old. Heartbroken and alone, he figured he’d be exalt fodder for sure. The only thing he had to cling to was his little telescope, which he nervously fiddled with for hours until he’d managed to scratch the lens. Amanu, leader of the Magichurdle clan, snatched him up at the last minute. He took Starkindler home and settled him amongst the other adopted hatchlings. Starkindler was immensely grateful, and as such was always a very obidient baby.

Starkindler hates to admit it, but he really is terribly sentimental. He’s easily brought to tears, both of joy and despair. He always keeps a handkerchief on hand just in case something triggers the waterworks. He is a kind and moral dragon, who is startlingly compassionate and gentle. He is able to handle even the most delicate of trinkets in his claws, never scratching or breaking a thing. Ever since he broke the telescope, he’s become extra careful. He doesn't like asking for things, but would really like to have a familiar. Something small, like a mouse or a bunny. Yeah, that'd be good. He's already planning out a list of names for it. Orion, perhaps? Or Jupiter? All in good time.

Starkindler has recently been promised as Warsong's mate. He does like her, but... he'd really prefer... a male mate... one, in particular but he's too shy to ask.
