using this dragon to hold my template bits!

major WIP (I occasionally get interrupted while doing these so some might be a little... unfinished)

I'll add more as I get time to format them and eventually I might make an actual forum post but there's so many better people at this that I might just keep it as a lil simple thing, for now I wanna keep my focus on making them really accessible and easy to edit, detailing every section for anyone to use!

how to edit:

• I suggest using Notepad, Word or LibreOffice (free to use) to edit your code in, in case you delete something in the bio section and save, then realise you deleted the wrong thing and lose it. I usually have one "clean" paste where nothing is changed, then an "active edit" which is the edited version, at the same time, so I can see what's being changed
  
• if you wanna change things around completely then feel free!
  
• you don't have to keep the credit in but I'd appreciate it as it links back here, so if someone else wants to use a similar bio, and/or needs help putting it together, they can read all my ranting too
  
• if you want a proper BB code guide, or you wanna know how to add things in/change text size or colour, check out this guide, but I'm happy to help out if you can't work something out, or if you're having problems! (like sometimes things in columns don't stay centred unless you reach a full line of text in the same column)
  
• experiment and have fun! the reason I keep so many "draft" edits of codes is because the best way to test how something looks is to just try it, save, and check it out. if it didn't work, I have a backup to fix it. if you're gonna make your own edits of templates or your own bio layouts, I suggest having one dragon, maybe in your hibernal den, that you keep your bio layout on, and then just copy that "base" for each dragon, changing the bits as you go

ctrl+F "X" (or use Word/Libre to "find and replace") to find spaces to enter info, or to delete sections you don't want!

XELEMENT = rune either their birth flight or your flight, you can just change this to "ice", "plague" etc) taken from FR's official icons

XITEM = item icons either favourite food or just matching colours, something fun! find in the item database

XMINI = mini bio just a quick lil something that makes this dragon special "Likes sleeping", "Thinks they're a deity", "Summons mischievous creatures from other planes of existence to torment their clan mates with sleepless nights", something creative

XTRAIT = 3x one word traits (or add/remove some!), look up synonyms if you're having trouble thinking some up, there are trait randomisers online too!

XMAIN = main bio could be their family history, how your dragon came to be in your clan, their relationships, what they do/their job!

XROLE = your dragons role in the clan, or a title, or even just their name/nickname

XCOLOR = text colour this can either be the name (here's a handy list of the colour names), or the hex code, which you can find here

• to get your dragon's Coliseum picture, you can use the tip here, by copying the text from your dragon's share > "widget" box (or just right click and "copy image address" if you don't want the link), replacing the first "350" with "coliseum/portraits", and removing the "_350", leaving just the .png
