Kuiper's current protegé, Venus is one of the more recent acquisitions among the Space Dragons, chosen for his high energy and excellent memory. He has been serving as Kuiper's personal assistant, following him around and making a point of keeping track of his schedule and to-do lists, and making sure to keep written records for him.

Having to keep track of ever more dragons in the clan, Venus has taken to compiling the most relevant and important information received from Kerberos' intelligence briefings and keeps several files of this information for later reference, knowing that Kuiper is likely too busy or otherwise preoccupied to keep track of everything.

He has an on-going relationship with Dawn, having met her while she was working in the Plastered Serthis and finding himself almost immediately smitten. Luckily for him, she returned the feelings, and when they're not working, the two are often seen spending time together.
