Nyx

Position

Nyx is the firstborn daughter of the Golden Trick. After her brother was ripped away from this world, she was put in his place as the heir to the clan. She is growing to be slightly more kind than her mother, although she is more stubborn and very sassy. Her title is Night Wing, as her wings resemble the vast night sky. Her small size may not be intimidating whatsoever, but when those wings unfurl it's enough to bring a room to silence. (Note that she is actually around the size of her father, her wings are as large as that above.)

Several years later:

After choosing to take Drearian as a mate to make up for her lack of size, she soon realized it was a mistake. He was a stubborn, pig-headed oaf, who wanted nothing more than to control everything within the clan. He reluctantly spoke to her, and hardly ever listened. His cruelty to her subjects caused her great stress and had her seek solace and comfort with her long-time friend Tarragon. Their friendship grew to love, and they produced her heir. Galdr. She fooled Drearian into believing it was his, but she wanted Tarra to see him as well. She ordered Her personal guard, Gethen, to guard the entrance as she presented Galdr to his father. Gethen had been taken down and Drearian had finally caught her and Tarra together. He began to threaten Nyx. She had grown weary of his cruelty and decided to threaten banishment. Drearian struck out. She was struck in the back. Tarragon unleashed a swath of vines, entangling. Enraged by his sudden betrayal, she sentenced him to imprisonment. Where he remains to this day. She then took Tarragon as her mate, and now leads beside him.

She was formerly mated to Drearian and is now mated to Tarragon.
