Perthro, otherwise known as Perth, is Odin's rune of freedom and future.
The rune symbolizes femininity and the element of water.
Time flows; freedom gives you the chance for fluid movement.
Perthro is portrayed as a Spiral dragon because just as Perthro is the rune of freedom, Spirals are the most free of all dragons. Bursts of energy are not uncommon for Spirals.
