FOURTH DIVISION LEADER

Her slender form is immaculate; there's not a single feather out of place. Her dowdy, white coat is accented with tribal patterns and markings. She's almost angelic in appearance-... But certainly not in nature.

Her amber eyes glimmer with the harshness of an erupting volcano; a cruel sense of maliciousness that she's completely and utterly perfected. While her dainty form moves with the grace of an adrift swan, her rattling and hoarse screeches are akin to nails down a blackboard.

She's always baying for blood-- demanding sacrifices and slaughter. How she attained such a position of power within a plague-aligned clan is beyond many dragons' understanding.
