Biography

es4DR7t.png Having been born and raised at the very edge of the Carrion Canyon, many of Thrombosis' earliest memories consisted of clansmen laying to rest the bodies of wayward travelers who never completed the crossing. These images plagued her mind for years after, and by the time she was old enough to set off on her own she already knew that her destination would be that forsaken canyon.

Half archaeologist, half renegade scientist, Thrombosis scours the canyon for the corpses of the unlucky in order to analyze their demise - and improve the chances of those yet to come. Armed with her own medical knowledge and the magical resources of her newfound clan, she uses the canyon's victims to try and modify dragon anatomy into something more suited to surviving such harsh environments. If the Stormcatcher could tame the heavens themselves, after all, what was a meager desert in comparison?

When not away on another sweep for stragglers, Thrombosis is quite pleasant company; she's eager to learn from the older dragons in her clan, and immensely impressed by the enormous body of research being taken on by various members. Her work is born from a deep and abiding compassion, and while that kindness is easy to see, she still causes many of her lairmates to regard her with unease. There's a worrisome glint in her eyes that causes them to wonder just how far she would go to 'improve' dragonkind.
