Oh, a stranger. You can call me whatever you like.

What, my real name? Well, foodgiver calls me Jin. So that's my real name; I guess.

Me, fussy? Of course not. I only require foodgiver to feed me twice a day with the most excellent seafood and only seafood; I will not make friends with neither Amethyst, Calpp, or any other dragons despite them being somewhat entertaining; and I absolutely insist on tagging along with Peri what's-her-name Pearlcatcher. No, I don't like her, but she will be in danger without me and if she is in danger foodgiver does not buy me shrimps. Did I mention, I would also like only the most excellent seafood?

Who, flirty, me? No, what makes you think so? Has that Pearlcatcher been bad mouthing me again? We didn't get off to a good start. I just have excellent chemistry with ladies, that is all. She finds it terrible that I don't hesitate to talk to other females.

I might not be the most powerful dragon in this lair, but I do have the sharpest claws around. Do not make me too annoyed, hm? Actually, know that I think about it, you humans love playing around the water. So, when you go to the river later (of course you will go; it's a lovely river), fetch me a clam.

A mate? Pft, don't make me laugh. Mates are useless and who can you truly trust, apart from yourself and your strength? But lately, Foodgiver has been downright insisting that the Pearlcatcher beside me is my 'mate'. What, out of all the nonstarter dragons in this lair, I get stuck with a mate that's not of my breed? What is this. I detest her and her infuriating ways.

Although she does seem to try to understand me and maybe can prove herself a worthy permanent plaything.
