Biography

Fashionably late to everything except bedtime, Tobin fancies himself a tend-setter among dragons. He can take hours to pick out a nice outfit and even then might refuse to leave his nest because he doesn't want to get dirty. It feels like a constant struggle to get him to work but once he's at it, he's focused as hell.

His best buddies Cynic and Neville always make sure to remind him when it's time to rest because Tobin doesn't know when to stop. He never checks the clock.

job: librarian, clan history keeper & spinner
  • After a long time of not having one, Ivette decided it was time to appoint a proper librarian to the clan's library. With so many other dragons already caring for and keeping track of the books, it almost felt like they didn't need a librarian in the first place. But, convinced by the library workers, the clan leader made the mild Tobin head librarian. It is his job to care for the tomes and scrolls, and also to ensure all material is brought back safely.
  • In addition to librarian, it is important for the pearlcatcher to keep all the history of Flaremist recorded for future generations. Although he was not yet born, he keeps an extensive history of Flaremist's time in The Tangled Wood; taken from asking many of the older dragons. Because of this, he has an acute interest in visiting the clan's birthplace. Though, he is barred from ever entering the Shadow domain.
  • With the silk from Neville's silk worms, Tobin artfully designs clothing for the clan. With every dragon having different dimensions and personal preference, most products are custom made and intended to last a long time. All the clothes he makes come out white and are sent over to Cynic with thorough instructions from every customer.
