Biography
Chern’s not gonna lie. He was not pleased when Ingaret gave him this dopey blind dodo. What was he supposed to do with it?! He had nights to haunt, fear to instill he didn’t have time for this nonsense! Chern actually thought about eating it, but then the silly thing fell and couldn’t get up and there was just no fun in eating prey that helpless. And if the scatterbrain bird reminded him of Ingaret while he was away, cuddled up with him at night, and made him smile from time to time that was no ones business but his own.
The clan quickly learned that only Chern was allowed to insult the bird. The last outsider who did is still reportedly not sleeping and huddling near a fire at night.

"Even darkness takes a break for icecream" is what he huffed at Ingaret when asked about this. Ingaret just smiled and said "Of course" before making a mental note to stuck up on sweets if they made his mate this happy XD
