THE PATRIARCH
Though he is generally regarded as a proficient leader,
Cleve makes it clear to all that he is not to be trifled with. He wears an ornate platinum mask to convey a sense of regality and superiority over the rest of his clan, and it is no secret that he has maintained a vast majority of the credo associated with the Priori Cult, but as he has never been proven to be an unjust leader, his beliefs have gone largely unchallenged— excepting his mate, Éowyn, with whom he has a strained relationship.

Cleve is closest to fellow council member Eleazar.
Eleazar is incredibly supportive of his motions, he enjoys Eleazar's votes in his favor. If he can ever get rid of his mate and the council as a whole, Cleve will instate Eleazar as Chancellor of the Oasis Rock clan. As for himself, Cleve wants nothing more than to rule over the Oasis Rock clan on his own, without his mate, and without a council of appeals.
