B A C K G R O U N D

Since she was a young dragonling, Flair gladdened all who graced her presence. Her curious and bright nature made her every dragons' friend and the star of every show. She was raised by a friendly Nocturne merchant and humble Imperial tailor in the beautiful, bustling city of the Aergate temple. When she was old enough, Flair would participate in dragon races across the whole Wind territory, earning medals and trophies wherever she went. As one of the fastest youths in the clan, her fame was spread from city to city, for her parents proudly bragged about her achievements to customers as well. She originally was going to create and sell wares with her parents as a career, but seeing so many travelers pass through the Windswept Plateau and meeting interesting customers every day, Flair wanted to explore the world of Sorneith. With her quick flight speed and friendly demeanor, Flair had no problem joining her first messenger group.

Finding the courage to tell her family she desired to move to another territory was difficult, especially after all the career opportunities she was given from her fame and after learning tailoring skills by her parents. Nonetheless, Flair's family accepted her wish and she happily flew somewhere close by: the Water Flight. Flair spent a good amount of time working for a large postal service and easing tensions between clans within the Water territory, eventually learning the landscape (and waterscape!) of the Water Flight like the back of her paw. One day, when sending a casual message to the clan of Kaimana, Flair met the noble subordinate Zahir, who described to her the diversity of Kaimana. Flair was increasingly interested each time she saw a message going to Kaimana and finally asked permission to join the clan and establish a new home.

_PERSONALITY_

____If there's one thing to know about Flair, it is that she gets what she wants. Not through being spoiled, but through dedication and demand. Flair is no pushover, and takes things such as jobs, missions, and favors seriously. A downside to this trait is that she is not the best at detecting jokes, or making them herself. Ultimately, Flair is an energetic Imperial who soars to new heights, enjoying meeting new dragons and completing the toughest of tasks. Flair is very friendly but can get easily agitated if something is not her fancy. For instance, is she tries to strike up a conversation with someone but ends up being ignored, she will take it to heart very quickly. As well as being vulnerable, Flair tends to be strict about what she wants and what she believes needs to get done, making her a good leader but also quite demanding at times. Unfortunately, her overall carefree, sweet personality makes her easily underestimated by others, in which she does her best to prove all those who think so wrong. Additionally, Flair tends to tire herself out and "bite more than she can chew", usually ending the day exhausted in her sleeping chambers.
However, her days are always greeted with a positive attitude and much energy stored up from her restful night's sleep.

_CLANBOUND_

____Flair spends very little time actually in Kaimana's dens, and rather soaring in the skies. Clanmates do give their letters to her to deliver, but when Flair is off duty, you can find her replenishing her Aerborne Gustgather, polishing her golden armor, or playing with her Scorchpaw Prowler named Hunter. When she is spending the nights in Kaimana, she is usually collect and editing maps, organizing letters and scrolls, and making sure her travel pouches are secure.
