Biography
Grimoire
Scientist... and Werelion
60 Years Old • She/Her
Grim is a respected scientist, although, most people don't know what really goes on in her lab. After an accident, Grim gained the powerful ability of transformation, however, at a cost. When the moon is full Grim turns into a deadly were-lion, a twisted abomination of both animal and dragon. During this time Grim has no memory of what she has done, which usually involves hunting and killing.
Despite her best efforts, Grim doesn't know how to cure this curse. This has made her work sloppy, and most have wondered why she isn't around as much. Crescendo is Blackmailing her into doing his dirty work and making creations, or else he will reveal her curse to the world.
Grim is a smaller than average Tundra with long, brownish red fur. She has short, rounded horns on her head. Her fur used to be a more brownish color, however, became stained with blood after a while. When the moon is full, Grim grows a lion-like snout and even sharper teeth, with deadly claws. She is a were-lion as a result of several science experiments gone wrong. Her new powers make her a deadly foe in battle and a merciless, feral attacker when the moon is at it's brightest.

Lore Blurb: Inner Beast
Grimm hated that she was even invited to these things. She was NOT part of the mafia, no matter what Crescendo said. However, she really had no choice. They were keeping her trapped in a corner, holding her own information against her. At this point she wanted to give it all up, tell the Trio where the Mafia was hiding, even if that meant finally coming forth as a Werelion. She just wanted this manipulation to stop.
The only decent part about any of this was Aerodynamic, a jumpy Fae who also seemed to be under locks by the Mafia. They had started to bond, mostly because he was the only decent person there. He was young and crafty, another brilliant mind corrupted by Crescendo. It was obvious that Aero was oblivious to how much he was being controlled. He almost seemed to ignore that he was getting walked all over by the higher-ups. Grimm hoped that one day Aero could see this.
Sandstorm walked past Grimm, and stopped to stare down at her. Grimm gave the Ridgeback a dirty glance, but quickly looked away in fear.
"Do you know why Crescendo and I have kept you alive" Sandstorm whispered menacingly. Grimm lowered her head down further. "You're not here to be wallowing around in that pathetic form!" The Ridgeback said, slamming her armored fist down onto the table. Grimm felt herself tense up, but tried to prevent herself from getting too angry. The tundra swallowed, and kept her mouth shut.
Sandstorm leaned in closely to Grimm's face, her hot breath creeping out from under her helmet. "Are you scared? Scared to be more powerful, Tundra?" Sandstorm taunted. Grimm did not respond.
"You Tundra are all cowards." Sandstorm said, pulling back from Grimm's face.
"You Ridgeback are all self-absorbed..." Grimm mumbled under her breath. Sandstorm's neck whipped quickly back to Grimm, and growled deeply.
"What did you say, cottonball?"
Grimm stared with fury at Sandstorm, but remained silent. "ANSWER ME, TUNDRA!" The Ridgeback roared, grabbing Grimm by the collar of her jacket. Grimm's unnatural instincts suddenly clicked to life, her eyes glossing over a pale white, as she howled and flailed in a fit of rage. She pulled back and quickly slashed her claws at Sandstorm's neck, cutting some of Sandstorm's bandages off in the progress. By now, the Tundra was looking significantly more feline than dragon. However, the features quickly faded, as Grimm snapped back to reality. Her pupils narrowed in fear, as Sandstorm slowly rubbed her neck where she was scratched, almost as if in disbelief. She then turned back, and let out a threatening growl.
"That's enough, you two." Crescendo grunted, walking past them. The Mafia leader's commands were final. Not even Sandstorm would stand up against him, not that she would though.
Sandstorm then chuckled as she pulled back again. "See? Do that more often, Tundra. The lion is a part of you. Embrace it." [/color]
