Strategy (from Greek στρατηγία stratēgia, "art of troop leader; office of general, command, generalship") is a high level plan to achieve one or more goals under conditions of uncertainty.

Rahn is the current appointed leader and strategist of the Court's 4 armies, overseeing them and their 4 respective commanders. Feared for his cunning and ruthless tactics, Rahn has made a name from himself, starting at the bottom of society's ladder. In the absence of the King, Rahn often stands in for him in political gatherings, and various other events. But the queen is still the one in charge.
