Izzy trained hard at the academy where she learned how to run a clan. She was at the top of her class, her devotion to the Shadowbinder and running a successful clan was obvious. She was light hearted, a jokester, a prankster. Always laughing, and never seeming to take things seriously, many saw her as immature despite her class scores. She was often considered a nuisance, and no one took her seriously. Well no one but Felix. The two of them grew inseparable, his savagery a compliment to her kind heart. Izzy took the time to explore the Tangled Wood, learn its secrets, and make it her home. It wasn't long before she found the first of the dragons being given up by their clan. Many of them had various reasons for their feet to bring them to Sylvan Shadows. They were unwanted, deserted. Some refused to devote themselves fully to the deity of their clan, and wished to see more of the world. Many of these dragons wished for another chance at life, and Izzy was happy to give it to them. It wasn't long before the fae was known through the Tangled Wood. Her voice spoke volumes, her energy was infectious. Although her kind are known for their monotone voices and lack of inflection, Izzy laughed at that notion, and her voice holds the most inflection of all. Her laughter and outgoing personality often are a bright light in the dark clan, some joking instead she should have been born under the Lightbringer. Those that know her though, know that she would only be happy among the gloomy depths and glowing mushrooms. |

Izzy quickly established her clan, making sure everyone feel important, everyone taken in has a role to play. No one went without a position of some sort of importance. If someone doesn't have a role, it is only due to not yet finding their place, and the fae makes sure to grill them intensively on their hobbies and skills, or observe them as they grow to find the exact place they fit in. She is well loved and respected, even if her antics make the clan laugh more often than not. They are willing to stand beside her, to fight beside her. The fae gives it all back to them, always there for them when they need it, and being the battle mage that heals and protects the clan in the coliseum. Izzy is usually found in her conjurer's apparel, her large floppy hat has become her trademark symbol, as she is always pushing it back up out of her eyes. Although she tries to appear the fearful shadowy mage, she almost never comes across as such, and she doesn't seem to mind. She is usually followed by a shadowy companion of sorts, and it is currently the elemental acolyte of the Shadowbinder that travels at her side. Although she is often busy with her clan duties, she devotes her life to the Shadowbinder, and puts time aside out of her day for a few daily prayers. She also often runs around farming in the coliseum and helping DarkStrike train newbies. Due to this, she has become best friends with DarkStrike and Gohma, and they often can be found training together or doing makeovers and having girl time when Izzy has some free time. |

"Are you sure this is a good idea?" Izzy looked back at the veilspun male with confusion evident on her small face. "And why wouldn't it be?" "My dear because you are our leader. At least let Nemo do it. This is his bread and butter. Otherwise this just seems childish and immature, even for you." Izzy couldn't hold in her peels of laughter. THe tiny veilspun sat paiently while waiting for her to work it through, but one coud tell he was not amused with the situation. "Fay, do you ever wonder what it takes to inspire others? This is just one of the things I do to help bring up the spirits of the clan! Besides. It makes me more down to earth and more approachable and relatable for everyone else. So my tiny companion, are you in, or not?" The younger male sighed, but it seemed he wasn't getting out of this Even if he said no, he'd feel guilty knowing she would rope someone else into this. "Alright. What do you need me to do?" *** The next thing Fay knew, he was running with fear in his veins while the clan leader floated alongside him, laughing the entire way. She seemed compeltely at ease at the fact that one of the clan's spookiest members was threathening bodily harm as she chased after them. |

"Get back here so I can skin you alive and string up your bones to make windchimes!" The Plague Ambassador really needed to lighten up if this was her reaction to a harmless prank from the two tiny dragons painting goofy faces and pictures on the pale sections of her bone like markings. Made her look a little less intimidating, far less like a walking corpse of muscle and bone. Fay really was starting to see the point of these pranks as Izzy pointed out some of the giggling faces and awestruck expressions from various members of the clan. When the two finally reached a safe space, Izzy barely seemed winded. She patted the veilspun on the back and tossed him a wink. "See, what did I tell you?" "That we wouldn't get eaten?" "Izzy's smile was blinding, her expression as if to say 'I told you so'. "Come on now, that's just the first of our merry pranks today, gotta make some smiles happen!" She turned and zipped away, leaving Fay to wonder where she gets her energy from. With a sigh and a forced smile, the veilspun summoned up energy of his own and chased after her, knowing he'd be her next target if he didn't. Besides, it was for the good of the clan right? |
