Terror

Terror is someone who has been an exalted in the war between the gods, this is all he's ever done, despite this he still ends up defeated by another in battle. Someone who is painfully similar to himself; same species, same background, even the same age down to the day, but this other dragon that does not even belong to the Plaguebringer -of all the Gods- is just *better* than him. Not only is he better but Terror, having narrowly escaped this encounter, later learns that the man is of honorable rank in the Shadow army... something Terror has never been able to achieve in his own.
He was born on the same day as my Progenitors/account and Terror is a direct reflection of my custom progen 'Valenin', who seems to excel wherever he applies himself. The plan is to have Terror join Valenin when he leaves the war because Terror wants to 1.) learn from him. 2.) take vengeance and prove himself the victor. Something he'll eventually achieve but it doesn't really go as he had hoped for.
