Callisto is a mystery. No one is sure where she came from and even fewer are sure why Liselotte allows her and her coven to stay on clan territory. She and her band of witches just... appeared one day, settling in quickly as if they'd always been there.
While the younger witches in her care are at least attempting to integrate themselves into the clan, Callisto herself is rarely seen outside of her tent. And when she is, she tends to stay in the background, silently watching over everything and everyone with an ominous gaze and knowing smile. She will speak when spoken to, and presents herself as polite and soft spoken, but there's an undercurrent of bitterness in everything she says. She believes everyone to be nothing more than selfish, and those who break promises are the absolute worst. Rumours have been flying around the clan that she's planning something big. Many believe that she has her sights set on the position of Head of the Court, and if she does, she definitely has means to take it. Those brave enough to approach the coven are offered "deals" by Callisto. In exchange for something precious, she or one of the other witches will cast a spell of the askers choice, the bigger the spell, the bigger the price. Be warned, though, as it is said that misfortune quickly falls upon those who have made a deal with a witch... |
