LOCATION
The Proclaimers of ancient lore and new prophecies. 
Though they have the blessing of the Stormcatcher to move inwards, closer to his proud Tempest Spire, the Proclaimers remain on the very fringes of the Highland Scrub, where the rains of the Sea of a Thousand Currents pound the earth, whipped to a frenzy by the winds of the Stormcatcher's howling thunderstorms. Here, the Proclaimers are at home, dancing in the stinging rain to the beat of the thunder, lit by the lightning that is the gift of their god. RELATIONS WITH OTHER CLANS The Proclaimers are no longer a young clan, but still they have staunch friends and allies in the Fulfillers. They no longer flinch from the idea of sending young dragons to serve the gods; they have learned well from their ally clan. The dragons clamoring for their help in becoming strong to serve the Stormcatcher are always honored to go, delighted to be of use, and that fills the Proclaimers' hearts with pride. The Fulfillers sent a mighty warrior to join the Proclaimers' ranks, a wise, fierce Imperial by the name of Ares who truly lives up to his name. He has since retired from his duty, ceding to a terrifying Banescale with the rage of a howling windstorm in her heart and courage enough to bear her clan to victory. WHO WE ARE “The Earth Dragons of Dragonhome are monument builders. They prefer the consistency and the eternal memory of the stone they shape. Of all the dragons, Earth Dragons revere their ancestors the most fervently, and remember the most about the First Age. Gemstones are their favored treasure.” The Proclaimers remember each dragon lost from their ranks, whether to the gods or to war. Aeofi, the great founder of the clan, carves into her walls the names of each dragon that passes through her clan, and she mourns for each, though she knows they go to serve a greater purpose. This is why she has passed her leadership on to Crypt, who, though she is Arcane, is harder of heart than this Earthen fae, hard enough of heart to encourage the influx of passing dragons to serve their god with zealous fervor, to embolden the trepid nervous to fly to the Stormcatcher where Aeofi would scramble and scrounge for the funds to make space for them to stay. The Proclaimers sing of the glory of their clan, of their god, and their voices ring loud and clear. The Fulfillers have gifted them with the tools to prosper, and Aeofi remembers this, too. It is carved in stone, never to be forgotten. With their fierce allies, the Proclaimers will rise, praising the Stormcatcher for his benevolence in granting them the opportunity to forge such powerful bonds. |
