B I O G R A P H Y

Hotaru knew no parents, for the deities themselves created her. Plaguemom created her to lead the lost children that needed a home in her rough lands.

Hotaru found a mate rather quickly. They produced few children, before deciding that while they loved each other, it was not the right kind of love. Rather than being romantic with each other, the decided to continue to lead their clan together, but have separate mates. Hotaru is a quiet, gentle, but firm leader. Welcoming many with open arms, healing the sick, and helping them to gain the necessary immune system so desperately needed in the Plaguelands.
To thank her deity for creating her, and her fellow leader, Griph, Hotaru has promised to be a beacon of hope for all of the plague flight.
She helps to train volunteer dragons. Dragons that will go to war, and fight for their beloved deity. She ensures that they know what perils they may face, and makes sure they understand it will not be an easy battle.
She also enjoys the variety and beauty that her clan carries, proud of the clan she has formed and proud of what they have accomplished together.

After the great pandemic, Hotaru decided all of Sornieth could use a healing touch. She and her clan set out to see the world, and help heal dragons in need on their journey. The stopped first at the Sea of a Thousand Currents. Making a new home among water clans, they settled in for a while.
