Gambler and one of the Clan's Shady Dragons

As a shadow dragon Akatsuki loves gambling. His declared goal in life is to become so good at gambling that he never loses. Of course, he doesn't mind helping out with his "luck" if that alone isn't enough to win. Since he does so quite skillfully he's rarely caught, but his clanmates have learned to keep a wary eye on all of his limbs during a game. If Akatsuki actually manages to convince someone to play with him. On the rare occasions when he actually loses his foul temper shows. He is a sore loser and will fly into a rage, often making an utter mess out of his surroundings. This is one of the reasons some dragons lose to him on purpose - an angry guardian dragon is not something to be taken lightly. Another reason is his habit to hold a grudge against dragons he lost to. Akatsuki will keep playing pranks on them until they agree to a rematch and lose. Akatsuki also makes sport out of stealing other's possessions and only Kaze laying down the law can make him give them back. The clan's matriarch is one of the few dragons Akatsuki respects and listens to. His fighting style is much like his gambling. He strikes where he can, seemingly following a pattern, only to do something unexpected at a moment's notice.
