Maraizi had learned to be one with nature from infancy. Being born and raised in the Viridian Labyrinth, she grew up surrounded by the Gladekeeper's beauty and wonder. It was natural she became a gatherer when she came to her current home.

The strong and brave dragon Platino won her heart, though she kept silent for most of the time about it, fawning over him and wishing she could tell him, all the while not knowing he loved her. When they did finally get all the awkward stuff over, they became mates and had their first clutch.

Their firstborn daughter, Vitbleka, decided she was so enamoured with the stories of the Viridian Labyrinth that her mother told her, she wanted to be a gatherer and chose to remain with the clan rather than seek out a new home.
