Jasim

Jasim is as unpredictable as the wind, from whose clan she comes. She came to the Den with her mate Jace on one of his many explorations, and the pair has made their home here ever since.

Jasim is a scientist and adventurer. She sometimes gets so excited about new discoveries and knowledge that she flies high into the air, turning flips and somersaults in the skies, much to the amusement of the hatchlings. She has a passion for information, and is constantly trying new things, just because "what if it's never been done before?" Jasim also has a vain side, and is deeply hurt by slights to her appearance, or her science.

While Jasim's experiments rarely explode (after all, she's not a Lightning dragon and tends to be more interested in natural materials) they do occasionally make her and whatever hatchling wandered in to smell or taste her most recent experiment sick.

After a while though, Jasim began to get bored of the Shifting Expanse. The barren desert felt so empty, and lonely. While she loved the Lightning dragons' penchant for experiment, she longed to find new plants, animals, and rocks to learn about.

After some time, and a push from her mate's love for adventure, they decided to move on from the Shifting Expanse and enter the sunbeam ruins. Here, there was far more plants, animals, and wonderful knowledge to be discovered. She found herself at home with all the philosophical dragons and their lust for knowledge. Though she does miss the Shifting Expanse, the idea of something new thrills her.
