 The tangled woods are filled with plants that glow with bioluminescence. One of the few sources of light. Because of it's importance in the dragons lives, Doberge takes care of the plants for more than just the joy of it.

While the dragons of the lair had seen the foliage around shadow he was the first to bring it into the clan. Building long gardens the edge of the lair.

He makes sure that there is enough small gardens around the lair that light is never a problem to the new dragons that have yet to grow a deepsea bulb to see in the deep darkness of the lair. All of them are filled with twisted glowing plants that light up the area.

When the glowing plants led him to Iset he had never been so thankful. He was struck almost wordless as the little tundra handled the plants almost as well as he did.

Doberge often paints the faces of the children in the lair, so that they are easy to find. Little glowing spots in the darkness.
