When the world is destroyed, what is left?

Technoir is the remnant and one of two in the clan that knows about Fusae and her time travelling, coming from the post apocalyptic future she created.

Technoir is the Representative of the Arcanist from the Starfall Isles, coming from the The Starwood Strand. He used to represent mirror males before a strong desire to protect turned him into a guardian with the timestream as his charge, and is the youngest member of the Elemental Council, not even being close to fully grown when he came to the clan as a minutes old hatchling, stumbling out of clan and shell. Then he aged, rapidly and without pause before their very eyes.

It was considered a fell omen by the clan. But they do not shun him. Only the misfortunes that he brings.
