Hailing from Wind flight, Chogan was born and raised their for most of his life. Despite that throughout his time there, he just felt like he didn't fit in with the rest of his clan. After several months Chogan grew restless, and decided to leave one night, not bothering to give his parents a farewell. He traveled far and explored many places, however soon felt the urge to settle down somewhere. The young dragon had his eyes set on the Frigid Floes, and getting acceptance from the Icewarden, he joined the Ice flight. After getting use to his new home, he soon gained his own flock of Wildclaws, and now reigns supreme.

Other dragons would describe Chogan as an upbeat, humerus Wildclaw who enjoys socializing. Despite being the current leader of his own flock, this dragon considers his members an equal to himself, and generally doesn't push around others. This Wildclaw is also incredibly loyal, especially to his friends. Despite that he can be rather stern at times, especially if a dragon were to break one of his rules which may result in a harsh punishment. Chogan also surprisingly has a rather sarcastic streak, and may accidentally hurt others feelings. 		Blue Birdskull Legband
