Eros was born into the gnarled thicket of thorns that make up the Foxfire Bramble. He liked to explore, often finding new materials and subjects to help with his studies. Learning as much as he could of dragon anatomy and psychology had been Eros's focus ever since he learned of emperor dragons, as he aimed to minimize his own risk of becoming one. Ironically, however, Eros fell victim to a completely separate imperial-targeting affliction. On one of his journeys, Eros came across a clan where he met Jinx. After spending some time together, the two fell in love, and Eros decided to become a permanent member of the clan. Eros and Jinx are a somewhat odd pair, as Eros is rather cynical and serious while Jinx is playful and fun-loving, but they are happy together. Eros works as the clan's psychiatrist, and his primary patient is his own mate. Recently, Eros has been succumbing to the same illness as Jinx, which has been slowly altering his mental state, transforming him into a sociopath.
