Erebos

As much as his name suggests that he is darkness personified, Erebos is really extremely sweet and gentle. Preferring dusty old tomes to battle-ware for the Coliseum, he spends much of his time alone, poring over every text he can get his claws on, with the ambition of one day becoming a great scholar, preferably of the study of the history of the Flights, and particularly that of his own Earth Flight, and his adoptive Light Flight.
More awkward than elusive, one would expect Erebos to be as dark and graceful as his name suggests, but in fact he is little more than a gangly, rather inept hatchling who does not have full control of his excessively long body and small wings.
Considered by others in the House to be a good, kind soul, many are fond of him, particularly the older members of the House, who see a little of themselves in him. More comfortable with older dragons than those his own age, many regard him with fondness, although they do not necessarily understand his mind or motives. Few do, but this is why he is loved by so many. The likes of Larissa are particularly fond of him, taking every opportunity she can to treat him like a young hatchling, despite him being older than many members of the House.
