Ruru is a traveler at heart, traveling to distant lands and bringing back information as well as strange trinkets for the hatchlings to play with. When he's at home, however, the Wildclaw digs for minerals and other things. Any gems he digs up he gives to Opal, and any metal he excavates he gives the Brand. In return, he gets paid a handsome amount of gold.
