It was unexpected that the form of beauty would come in the form of a Snapper, but with Vàna, it seems so believable. Vána came to the Valkyrie after her sister did, As flowers and plants sprung in Yavanna's wake, Vána spread her beauty through color. Everything seemed richer once she walked past it, the grass seemed greener, gems shone brighter, and everything seemed to have so much more meaning.
Vána is the essence of beauty, and all who look to her find themselves having trouble looking away. Her smile is kind and her body shines with a radiance that none comprehend. Everything she touches or gives her attention to always seems more beautiful than before- and she is generous with her blessings.
One can often find Vána chewing contentedly on a leaf or giving her own touch to the weavers' looms when they make their silks.
She is served by the maiar Melian, daughter of the stars. beauty is found in her own creations when she weaves constellations into the loom.
