He is an adventurer in the Adventure Guild Malakas. He loves being in the jungles and gliding through dense trees. Being a wind dragon he loves flying and discovering new things. He loves jotting down his adventures and to retell his stories with any dragon. Being larger than most spirals doesn’t hinder his progress through the trees, but makes it easier to retrieve artifacts he past with his tail or feet. He loves the Viridian Labyrinth, and the Tangled Wood. He hates the Sea of a Thousand Currents.

He found the clan as a hatchling and didn’t care for his mate right away. While accompanying her on a mission he found that Arleane had a sense of adventure and fell in love. She can sometimes be a bit harsh, but he takes it with stride knowing her soft center. Being both crystal dragons has helped them overcome obstacles and show off that they are not as fragile as they look.

Kodai
Kodai is Derede's first familiar and cared for him instantly. He was found amongst the ruins of an old temple. Huddled in the corner, a few chirps escaped him in fear. Derede knew he could gain his trust and everyday he left food for the little guy, and after a few days he trusted him enough to follow him home.
