Alright, let's sit down and think about this.

The out-of-character premise is I wanna help adopt old-timers, and give them a peaceful retirement.

The in-character premise is Dawnshoal is a feral menace, and representatives from older clans have come over, to keep an eye on her, or else try and fail to corral her. I think it'd be fun to have one from each flight.
