Some dragons are unsure of their sexuality. Some dragons think about it and flip back and forth and change labels before they know who they are. Some dragons will test the waters before figuring everything out.

Not Ash. Ash is and always was just about the gayest little girl. When she was still justa hatchling, she had a crush on Lena, Liliana, and Lysette all at the same time, and would constantly follow them around. They all thought it was so cute. Her mother, Emeraldcatcher, was distressed by this, but only because she wanted beautiful grandchildren.

When Ash ran into Sun, literally, Emeraldcatcher was satisfied. She has a beautiful daughter in law now.

Ash had crushes on every girl she ever ran into that wasn't the meanest dragon ever, and even then she might still pine just a little bit. She's like the poster child for useless lesbian syndrome.

But then she met Sun, and every crush she ever had, ever, was blown out of the water. Ash firmly did not believe in love at first sight (infatuation, sure, but love? no way) until she met Sun. Their eyes met, and they've been inseparable since. They have weekly picnic dates and go for flying strolls and cuddle shamelessly and it's tooth rotting. If Ash & Sun and Liliana & Helad are all four in the same room at the same time, it's impossible not to drown in the love they all exude. It's a little crazy.

This doesn't stop them from doing their deliveries in a timely manner though. One might ask if you really need two dragons to deliver one package or letter, and the answer is yes. Yes you do.
