Biography
This Tundra dragon was never the brightest star in sky, and he still isn't today.
Kalandras, as he was named later after becoming a patriarch of a clan, traveled the lands of Dragonhome, a place of earth and stone. He ate whatever was available to him, food that other dragons would likely turn their noses up at. This existence was a good one as far as the dragon was concerned. Sadly, there would be a day when food had become scarce even for him.
Kalandras scoured his usual grounds, and hope started to fade in him as his tummy rumbled ever louder. But as he took in the landscape, Kalandras saw a plant that must have been a gift from the great Earthshaker himself. Kalandras immediately snatched it up in his maw, and only after he swallowed it did he realize his mistake. The Tundra had hastily eaten a cactus, and the needles of the plant were scratching at his insides.
Days passed, and the Tundra was unable to rid himself of the pain he had. He wondered if this would ever end. Kalandras roamed his territory with little zeal. It was during one of these treks that the dragon met up with a human named Crieger. She was a young woman with a blunt but affectionate demeanor, and she wasn't a genius either. She and the dragon had much in common. The human learned what troubled the dragon, and from what she did know, helped Kalandras recover from his choice of food.
Time went further on, and Crieger and Kalandras became fast friends, traveling the lands of Dragonhome together. Crieger gave the Tundra the name he has today, and helped Kalandras become a Patriarch of his own clan with a mate of his own.
Nowadays, Kalandras simply tends to his clan with the ongoing aid of Crieger. Most of the tough decisions he leaves up to her, but there is one thing he knows that he is always first to tell any new members to the clan.
