-Began catching insects as food for the clan, started collecting the rare or interesting ones, and has now become something of an expert
-His lair is filled with pinned specimens of rare and interesting insects and tattered old books on entomology, along with the bags he uses to catch the common edible insects
-Enjoys magic and often tries to use it, although he's not very good at it either for combat or household purposes. It's not uncommon to walk past his lair and see him doing something like struggling with an enchanted broom that keeps falling on the ground, later see him running away as the broom tries to sweep him out of his own house, and eventually giving up and using a mundane broom to sweep the house himself.
-Always uses contuse to catch insects, as he says it preserves all parts of the insect in case it turns out to be useful as a specimen. Although the robes he insists on wearing everywhere are heavy enough that he may not be able to catch them with conventional methods...
-Probably always said he wanted to be a wizard when he grew up
