Tiay is a Skydancer with Lightning origins. She tends to give off a bratty attitude with most, and enjoys spending treasure for the sake of fashion and beauty. Tiay originally came to the Whisper Tides as a Guardian, and chose Hydra as her charge, much to his dismay. She eventually underwent a ceremony to become a Skydancer, and while most of her protective instincts are gone, she still sees Hydra as her charge and will defend him dearly with her own life.

It was under the recommendation of Nereid and Hydra for Tiay to become a healer. Although Tiay fought against it fiercely, she was placed with a team alongside Nereid and the tactician Rhapsody. Tiay amazed herself and everyone else by how quickly she learned, and quickly became an asset to the clan. While her bratty attitude remains even during battle, she knows when she is needed to be serious and do her magic. Tiay has probably saved the lives of Nereid and Rhapsody numerous times at this point.

At first, Tiay only saw Hydra as her charge, but over time she grew to love him. Hydra at first refused her advances, but over time he opened up to her, revealing a lot of bitter heartache. Tiay works with him to help Hydra recover from Penelope, despite how bitter or scrict he can be at times. Every passing day Tiay finds herself falling in love with Hydra a little more.
