Name Pronunciation: /pri:ɒn/
Better known as the Plague Priestess, Prion has become quite infamous throughout the clan for being the source of the Primal Disease.
A few months ago, Prion decided to try and breed a new strain of disease, in an attempt to make her fighting abilities stronger. What started as an attempt to make herself more useful to the clan spiraled out of control, however. The bacterium and viruses she had kept in cultures had somehow mixed, becoming some type of new super disease. This disease was named the "Primal Disease," as it would cause those infected to revert to a more primitive state of mind: the host became extremely violent and paranoid, as well as losing the ability to communicate outside of growls and roars.
When she attempted to kill off the strain, she accidentally released it, causing a number of dragons in the clan to become infected. Fortunately, she discovered early on that Plague Flight dragons could not contract the disease, likely due to being exposed and developing immunity to many diseases as eggs. She and Matrix were able to create an immunization using this knowledge to prevent the rest of the clan from getting sick. However, they have yet to create a cure for the disease itself.
