Rubicunda

Up in the trees you see a tundra moving about the branches. He looks at each leaf critically and sniffs it before moving to the next tree with a happy rumble. At some branches he pauses and frowns, then prunes the branch away.

He is obviously way to busy in his tasks to notice you and does not stop to chat. You move further into the lair to meet other dragons.

Though born in water flight, Rubicunda always had a facination for trees. How can a plant grow so tall? He moved to the Jem Dragon clan to learn more about trees and the dragons who live in them. His interest grew so much that he became the clan arborist. He now cares for the trees around the lair, including the great tree in which the clan lives. His favorite trees are red maples and he is fond of Red Maple Moths, who have similar coloring to him.

Rubicunda is friendly, but very busy with caring for his trees. He often forgets to come inside to sleep and instead sleeps among the branches of neighboring trees. He is quick to know when something is wrong the lair tree and makes it his top priority to keep the near by trees healthy so that the lair tree also stays healthy.
