Biography

Explorer

Born in the Beacon of the Radiant Eye, none of the Stelaris Clan are entirely certain why Marina came to the Starfall Isles. She is easily the most mysterious of the dragons who call the Stelaris roost home, spending much of her time out soaring over the sea or hiding in her concealed nest. At night, though Marina becomes an animated and friendly creature, often spending time helping Laellar with his experiments or testing the limits of her agility in flight with Seneiti. She helped Aered design and conceal the den entrance; from outside, the Stelaris clan home looks like just another curving spire of the Crystalspine Reaches thanks to Marina's innate skill in camouflage.
Marina's goggles were a gift from Seneiti when he saw her having trouble cleaning dried salt-spray off her eyes after a particularly stormy day. She cherishes them and wears them constantly.
The massive Imperials have, much to Winter's displeasure, become Marina's favorite perches when she's not out exploring. Rhodas doesn't mind as much, though it does become a little hard to fly with a Nocturne sitting on her back.

Now that the clan has moved house to Starwood Strand, Marina's skills in camouflage are showing again. She is hard at work hiding the entrances and the lair itself to avoid notice from the region's more dangerous inhabitants. When not out helping Laellar map the woods, she acts as scout and sometimes as an extra watch-dragon, lending a helping eye to Aered, Ashfall, and Winter.
