Clan Treasurer

Originally faring from the Reedcliff Ascent, Rioga was only a mere hour old when he stumbled upon the Clan. He quickly took up the post as the Clan Treasurer though most were not sure if one was even required. He had a sharp eye for numbers though, and the Clan only grew more pleased when their treasure coffers steadily increased in amounts.

Some would even call him gaudy when he hung silks and other fineries about his limbs, shaking their heads when he tried to woo Aelva, an accomplished Tactician. To their surprise, Aelva consented to a trial period where they would stay loyal to one another. Now, Rioga constantly tries to win her fancy by offering her whatever seems to catch her eye.

Rioga is usually very calm, even strict, when it comes to Aelva or the Clan coffers, but he acts almost as he did as a hatchling whenever he remembers that he is only so slightly larger than his to-be, and yet, still the youngest member of the Clan.
