From hatching, Tesshin followed her mother to mysterious pools hidden in the ruins around the edges of the Hewn City. These groves shine with an eerie mixture of darkness and light, and pastel fireflies flicker across the misty waters.

As Tesshin grew, the shattered magics of these watery groves infused her body with a radiant pastel energy. The fireflies native to the pools began following her instinctively. Joyful by nature, the plump little skydancer found great delight in bounding through the shadowy ruins, her flickering escort lighting her path and casting a dissonant blue and pink aura on the stones beneath her claws.

The bouncy little hatchling grew into a lithe and elegant dragon, but Tesshin remains shy and quiet, a lover of dark places where her flickering friends can be clearly seen. When she speaks, her soft voice is tinged with the accent of the oriental dragons which inhabited the Hewn City long ago.
