B I O G R A P H Y

______ Although the Bogsneak known as Jack calls the Sunbeam Ruins his home, he was born a true child of the Scarred Wasteland, and he still retains many of the characteristics of a dragon of his homeland. True to this nature, Jack finds it fashionable to dress in bones and black. His heart is true to the Lightweaver, despite what many think. Many find it odd that Jack has chosen this place as his home, but Jack simply loves both the Scarred Wasteland and the Sunbeam Ruins. He came to the Gaia’s clan to study, as he’s a learned dragon. His favored field of study is the history of murder and mystery. What better place to study than in the Sunbeam ruins?

______ His favorite subjects are the abandoned lairs of the old monarchs in the Hewn City. Legend has it that when their kingdoms fell, the spooky kings never left their iron thrones. A leisurely afternoon for Jack is an excursion to places like this. He collects relics and hoards them in his museum dedicated to taboo knowledge in the Sunbeam Ruins. He has everything from ritual masks to cursed artifacts and a plethora of bones and preserved corpses. Dragons with similar interest come to visit him often, especially to see his extensive collection, which has made him somewhat famous. Jack likes the visitors since it gives him a chance to socialize, but mostly he keeps to himself, except for one time of the year.

______ Surprisingly, Jack is popular with the younger crowd of Sornieth around the middle of autumn when the holiday of Halloween and the Riot of Rot come around. He calls this his ‘time to shine.’ He never fails to holds feasts and games in honor of his birth flight and his favorite day of the year, but his favorite activity is his Haunted House, which is known throughout Sornieth. Many brave (or foolish) dragons come from everywhere to take on Jack’s Haunted House tour, where the Bogsneak has turned his entire museum into a place of grossly realistic jumps and frights, hiring dragons skilled in theater and cosmetics from the Scarred Wastelands to partake in the games.
