The Black Carnivale's midway hosts a variety of tents that promise everything from fortune telling to stalls of unusual prizes. The ominous Walpurgis makes her home here, forgoing fortune-telling for the far nastier business of curses. For a small fee, one could utilize her talents to spy, to bewitch, to be given any number of odd-smelling, roughly made dolls promised to deliver exquisite pain to one's enemies.

Her tent smells of iron and salt; many mirrors decorate its insides, some cracked, some fogged over. Sometimes, dragons who visit swear they see a reflection pressed against the glass that is not their own. She lounges on a cushy chair, partially obscured by the wafting smoke of burning incense, and demands to know what it is you desire.

Her abilities are powerful indeed, but be warned: Walpurgis is far from social, and easily irritated; one must tread very carefully to stay on her good side. And if you do not...?
