Born in the eternal night of the Hewn City, Oneiros comes from a somber heritage. The Bone Court undertakers view their duties with the utmost gravity and sincerity, and are respected for it.

Bone Court children will always be welcome back in their home, and their clans treated with respect.


Son of the Bone King and his Seer, Oneiros possesses powers he should not have. He sees the future in dreams, with the visions often corresponding to his mental state. Onei finds that he can avoid the most frightening visions by going sleep in as calm a state as he can manage, which the comforting, mantle-clad side of his foo familiar does wonders for.

Oneiros was born during an auspicious time in the world. The changing of the seasons holds meaning for the Bone Court, a time of preparing for winter, preparing for death so that the world may live again in spring. He was taught the necessity of death, making room and providing a future so that new life can come and take its place.

Not just the changing of the seasons heralded Oneiros' birth, but he hatched on the very Day of Spirits itself. The link between the realm of the dead and the living is strongest on this day, and it has bestowed Oneiros with a raw power. This hatchday is shared by his elder sister, Melinoe, and is just one of many common points that form a close relationship between the siblings.
