Rhoda

Cute, they said. She had potential, they said. Her heritage was unique, they said. Who knew that the hatchling the clan took in would become something so sinister beyond their belief. Course they knew the risks. Rhoda's father was a being of madness, and her mother a judgmental ethereal, but the clan believed they could raise her to be a valued member of society, maybe even lead her own clan on day. But clearly that wasn't the case.

Rhoda realized her own power and potential early on, and was adamant on forging her own path rather than the path the leaders and the council gave her. She visited her parents constantly, learning about the true nature of her abilities. But after a while, even that didn't satisfy her. Her mother was too caught up with her own twisted morals and politics, while her father...well...he's not doing so hot either to say the least. Besides, she didn't understand her mother's intent on hiding her precious golden, and magical flowers, until someone was worthy. Why save the best for last? Why hold back at all? Then a thought came to her.

Why hide her powers? Why hide the beautiful rose that she was from the world? Why hold back anything when she could have everything? Rhoda figured she might as well put herself out there, like a line of bait. Anybody who was curious in her power could have a bite, with some dire consequences of course. But hey, if there weren't it would be any fun, now would it? Dragons became tools to her. Things just to experiment her powers on. Of course, she had to be charismatic and manipulative to get dragons to consent to her wishes. But with a pretty face like hers, it wasn't hard for a dragon to open up and let her take advantage of them.

As a plague dragon, she does carry diseases, but they aren't as prominent as her magic. Rhoda has a habit of giving dragons sporotrichosis, or rose-picker's disease. Any other illness is as simple as a cold or the flu unfortunately, so rose-picker's disease is the only disease she has that is actually anything dangerous.
