Personality:

Atlantis is a cheeky, mischievous mercenary who enjoys playing pranks, a bit of roughhousing, and being admired both drakes and dragonesses alike. He is brash and arrogant, and wouldn't turn down a challenge unless he knew it would be too much for him. He takes pride in both his agility and speed. This thief could easily steal from another dragon in a quick moment without them noticing.

Although he is energetic and athletic, he can be quite lazy at times, often napping in the cabins of his ship. He is the most active at night, raiding among other thieves, taking a late night walk or swim, or stargazing. He enjoys flirting with attractive drakes and dragonesses, but he never sticks to one lover. Atlantis is only loyal to those that do manage to get quite close to him. The only dragon he'd never betray is his twin sister.

He looks down on those who would take advantage of the weak and vulnerable. He'd known a life of hardships in his childhood, and can easily relate to them. He'd steal food from the marketplace to give to impoverished children living on the streets.

Biography:

Although Atlantis was raised as a Lightning Dragon, he never felt like a part of the Lightning Flight and much less a female. The industrial life of The Shifting Expense never appealed to him. The life of an engineer stuck underground working with machinery and soot would be a life of extreme boredom for Atlantis.

And thus, he packed up his possessions along with some necessities for the journey ahead. He left The Shifting Expense without telling the rest of his clan except for one, his twin sister and close friend, Atlas. Atlas accompanied him for the trek beyond the desert.

Atlantis and Atlas stumbled upon a small, homely clan on their adventures while searching Tsunami Flats for a place to stay for the night. The clan offered them a place to stay at anytime with no charge or cost at all. It was during that night where Atlantis found a place where he belonged. He soon integrated into the clan life.

Atlantis now works for the clan as a mercenary and scout. He pioneers a boat called Emperor of the Seas. Michael, Atlas, and Coco (a dragon he befriended) sail along with Atlantis on his travels around the seas. Because of his strict foster mother, Lady (Michael's mother), Atlantis has to continue education aboard although he constantly makes excuses to avoid studying, and falls asleep during study sessions.

Atlantis and Atlas were the youngest out of the clutch they hatched from.
His favorite desert is seaberry and blueberry parfait topped with crunchy bugs and a hint of lemon.
He loves sour foods. He can eat a lemon without flinching
His familiar swims besides the Emperor of the Seas whenever Atlantis is on one of his sea voyages.
He loves to play pranks on other dragons.
His favorite hobbies are swimming and racing against other dragons. He claims to be the fastest flier and swimmer in Tsunami Flats.
Atlantis loves to flirt with any dragons he finds attractive.
He loves whistling, but can't actually whistle.
He can't stand cold weather.
Has a bad case of kleptomania.
Enjoys stargazing.
He's actually good at cooking, but gets embarrassed talking about it.
Atlantis and Atlas have nearly identical birthstone bracelets. The only difference between the bracelets is that his bracelet has opal gemstones while his sister has tourmaline gemstones. He keeps the bracelet in his bag.

Personality:

Loyal and playful, Hermes acts more like an energetic puppy than a fearsome shark. He accompanies Atlantis along his sea voyages, swimming beside the ship. He gets into a gloomy mood when Atlantis has to travel on land—after all, sharks can't walk on land. He enjoys swimming with Atlantis, getting pat on the head, and eating fish and various body parts of victims that Atlantis feeds him.

Biography:

A young shale thresher pup had accidentally washed himself ashore during high tide. Unable to bring himself back to sea, the shark was stuck on the beach. Barely breathing and close to death, the thresher had no chance of survival until Atlantis and his crew came along. They quickly brought him to water, and Sargentum checked for any injuries. Concluding that the shark was healthy again, they released him into the open sea.

However, the thresher had grown attached to Atlantis and the crew, and followed their ship along their travels. No matter how fast the ship traveled, the thresher would always catch up. Noticing that the thresher refused to leave them, Atlantis claimed him as his familiar and named him Hermes—a fitting name for a quick shark.
