Spooky

Spooky is a friendly fellow, albeit a little queer. He speaks with a British accent, and enjoys getting to know new arrivals as soon as they enter the flock...and then rarely speaks to them again: Unless he's going to try and persuade them to do random tasks for him. He has assigned himself as the "King of the Elements" -- he wears a crown that he "found" in the Plaguelands. Although he calls himself a king, Spooky doesn't try very hard to assert himself into the position of leader. (The truth is, Spooky is probably terrified of the prospect of facing Frysta.) Spooky is more-or-less the leader of the hatchlings: He rallies them together and teaches them to respect their superiors.

Frysta lets him play his little games, not seeing Spooky as a real threat to his position. None of the other dragons would support Spooky, and they don't have anything to fear from a pack of hatchlings.
