Heir to the fierce battlecaptain, Vindhler, Malus possesses all of the older ridgeback's combative intuition without adopting his needless apathy towards other's pain. This is a fiercely contested difference between them, and it isn't uncommon for the two warriors to duke it out via frightening and vicious brawls- the rest of the clan knows to stay far away when tensions start to run high.

Away from the influences of her kin, however, Malus transforms into a thoughtful and ponderous creature- preferring to spend her time between both battle practice and studying the philosophies and history of Sornieth.

She is occasionally called away for business endeavors with other clans, serving as a secondary voice and pair of claws to the clan's ambassador, Kincrus.
